Robertshaw hi flow balanced sleeve thermostat for Gen 3 5.7L Hemi c.2003-2008Robertshaw thermostats do not fit all makes and models but we have modified the flange diameter to 2. 48" so they fit the 6. 2L Hellcat, 392 6. 4L, 6. 1L, and the 5. 7L Gen III Hemi engines. Why? Conventional thermostats for these engines open to 1. 36" but Robert shaw opening diameter is 15% greater to allow more fluid to pass through the heat exchanger (radiator) and cool the engine.
